      Fun, easygoing atmosphere, quality of life and family life are priorities, team mentality, consistent employee focused activities, casual environment, very forgiving towards long-time employees, embraces family members related to the employee, if you drink the kool aid - you will be fine.

      Cons

      Disorganized, clique herd mentality, senior management favor long-time employees despite weak performance, inconsistent management decisions and messages, petty environment, highly publicized employee culture is all hype, lack of business sophistication, provincial and pedestrian vision and mentality, there is absence of any logic or structure in dealing with personnel, no clear career path offered
