Pros

Upper Management is great! Always there to assist and help you improve. They are reasonable and rational. Room for growth is there but will require substantial time before this happens. Pay is decent. Very much depends on which property you are at.

Cons

Talk of a bigger game than they execute. They are a large company with resources but training and ability to use said resources is minimal and under very specific criteria.

Pros

It is a service industry job, so all the good and bad that typically comes with that sort of job you can expect here. If you get a good account then you can make decent money, if you get a bad account then it is basically minimum wage. They were very flexible with hours, you can work as little or as much as you want for the most part.

Cons

The company functions on pure nepotism and cronyism when it comes to who gets what account, at least that's what I observed personally. I have no knowledge of how things operate at the higher levels. I had a decent account but I saw people that deserved to get a chance a good account get passed over for new hires who were friends with various managers.
