Pros

Flexible work schedule (You get to pick hours and days) great communication between manager and employee can trade shifts

Cons

Low Pay (base and tips) No benefits Human Resource/Payroll department are VERY incompetent. Slow to respond to needs of employees

Pros

Receiving cash and being able have a flexible schedule.

Cons

Some of the shifts given were back to back with little to no turn around time for next shift. Also different shifts have access to more gratuity.

Made decent money, and if your always available they have great accounts with places in downtown and uptown, and you can make great money.

Cons

Dealing with rich drunk people thinking you messed up their $100,000 car
