      They were a small company with good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      The upper management expects too much of us, yet they provide little to no help at all. All they care is about them getting all the credits of our hard work but gives us no credit or appreciation. I suggest looking for other jobs and stay away from this company.

      A job is still a job, and it's better to have one than nothing

      Cons

      Needs to make their pay scheme better. Increase the pay and provide better benefits. With our location, what we get is below average. We can receive bigger pay because we work overtime for it most of the time. Work is not easy and it demands too much of your time.

      Great coworkers across different departments to work with.

      Cons

      Management cared more about maintaining their power and influences than actually enabling employees to get things done. Company was always behind the curve and the latest expansions and releases have been complete flops to no one's surprise. They would sell you a dream of an incredible culture and a beautiful future but that was only to get your foot inside their office. They would never honor those.
