Pros

Nice people. Free pizza fridays. Occasional free lunches. Yearly reviews usually accompanied by a raise. Yearly holiday bonuses. Company is doing well and growing. Good starting point to come in and learn some things right after college.

Cons

Hires very inexperienced candidates and not very good at training newbies. After a year or so you end up pretty much doing the same thing everyday, which some people like and some people don't.

- Low pay for the area - Coding practices could be more efficient - No additional training opportunities - Open plan office - Onboarding process could be improved - Should have enforced COVID protection policies more strictly
