Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, management that seems to genuinely about employees, incorporate newer technology in a way that makes sense for the most part (don't just follow trends)

Cons

Client based work is neither very technically challenging (so opportunities for learning are limited) or very interesting, but this is typical of all agencies for the most part.

Pros

Nice people. Free pizza fridays. Occasional free lunches. Yearly reviews usually accompanied by a raise. Yearly holiday bonuses. Company is doing well and growing. Good starting point to come in and learn some things right after college.

Cons

Hires very inexperienced candidates and not very good at training newbies. After a year or so you end up pretty much doing the same thing everyday, which some people like and some people don't.
