      Pros

      40 hour work week, laid back work environment.

      Cons

      Management, really no personal and professional growth, boring job after awhile.

      Be sure to check into the many development opportunities offered by LCEC. Tuition reimbursement, hundreds of online training classes, and cross training opportunities. New technology just implemented is wide open for exploration and offers new excitement!

      Pros

      You don't have to be good at your job and will never be held accountable for anything. It's basically a retirement community and you can "work" until you die or retire.

      Cons

      No more flexible work schedule, and sadly this was the only real perk. Management is extremely inexperienced and can't make decisions. The benefits are nothing special. You can get a better business model out of most NRECA co-ops.
