Pros

LCS does an amazing job at seeking strong leaders prior to their graduation and introducing them to the company through internships. Post-internships those who thrive are developed further through the company's Professional Development Program, something common in hospital administration but lagging senior living. Taking steps to shape future leaders and match them with proper mentors in the company will position LCS for great success.

Cons

Sometimes LCS misses its opportunity to eliminate poor attitudes surrounding its programs or initiatives upon initial launch which can allow negative feelings linger.
