Very much good Ol' Boys Club at senior management levels and above. If you come in as a brand new Administrator out of college, they expect you to move several times regardless of personal needs/desires.

LCS is the management company of privately owned senior living communities. Their vested interest is very small, putting a microscopic amount of skin in the game. The relationships with their owners are burdensome to the team putting their boots on the ground. My experience with the owners of the communities in Kissimmee and Champions Gate is they have a "turn them and burn them" perspective. Nothing is invested in training, support and tools to positively impact the outcomes for their teams. In fact, they're often saying "do more with less." These particular properties are in financial trouble causing many knee jerk reactions for immediate impact while losing sight of the long term goals. Removing the daily involvement of the ownership is one way to put LCS on the hot seat to get things done correctly.
