LCS has a great culture! It is a hidden gem in Des Moines. If you are looking for a growing organization, have a passion to serve, and value hospitality this is the place for you! Strategic growth, transparency and honesty from the top down, opportunities for growth and development, daily interaction with Sr. level management really makes your feel your voice is heard. Office is being renovated. Lot's of opportunities to volunteer and get involved in the community.
