Pros

LCS has systems and processes that are great on paper. Policy and procedures available in all areas as needed as a good resource.

Cons

This company does not support executive directors or other managers in the community. Not truthful in advertisements recruitment. Does not pay bonus' or other benefits as the profess in interview. Lack of support and poor business decisions at regional level. Blames others and does not take responsibility. Worst company I have worked for in 25years.

Pros

Ardenwoods has a great work culture with supportive management who encourage great teamwork in a well-organized work environment. There are decent benefits for full-time employees.

Cons

I can't think of any major cons. You are required to work some holidays. If you work in the kitchen, sometimes there are early Sunday morning shifts and late shifts on holidays.
