I haven't worked at LEARN for as long as some, but I already feel like a valued part of the team. Any suggestion or concern I have is met with respect. The other staff members are a welcoming and friendly bunch & I definitely feel that I am a part of a family here. We all work together for the common good of our students and each other. - Fantastic healthcare options (including dental and vision!) - Ergonomic workstations - Free yoga - Free parking downtown - Lots of autonomy - no micro managers here!
Cons
Hmmm right now you have to walk 5 blocks to & from the parking lot, but considering that it's free parking downtown - I really can't complain! We'll be moving to another location downtown soon so this is a short-term solution. LEARN is a small company, so you work closely with pretty much everyone. I don't mind this, as everyone has been very nice & respectful, but it's not for everyone.
