Logibec has a wide range of clinical clients and partners. Many smart people.

Cons

People are averse to change. Introducing new ideas and tech is met with resistance and confusion. Product lines are outdated and making changes seems near to impossible. A lot of bureaucracy.

overall great working conditions, salary and schedule is good. Great place to learn.

Cons

inexistant product strategy, weird management "transparency" meetings where they basically tell you that we are the best and everything is allright while dodging real employees concerns
