Pros

• very low level of stress • very little micromanagement • great agile approach • very transparent CEO • people are friendly, good vibes • interesting new projects are popping up hear and there • company is trying very hard to change, trying to innovate

Cons

• terrible RRSP plan, basically a joke • in some cases, it is difficult to overcome issues with obsolete technologies

Montreal head office only thinks about themselves

Pros

Nice people, local management tries hard for the staff but head office is too busy with their plans they think of the smaller offices as an afterthought. Often felt like the forgotten step-child, so to speak. Pays relatively well, however, good vacation.

Cons

Head office has too much control. Divisions are not empowered to make decisions that make sense for them. Often waiting for IT support and HR support. No training and development programs.
