Cons

The amount of work may be stressful at the beginning. Takes a while before becoming autonomous in your task due to the high volume of knowledge required.

Nice people, local management tries hard for the staff but head office is too busy with their plans they think of the smaller offices as an afterthought. Often felt like the forgotten step-child, so to speak. Pays relatively well, however, good vacation.

Cons

Head office has too much control. Divisions are not empowered to make decisions that make sense for them. Often waiting for IT support and HR support. No training and development programs.
