Work from home Reasonable deadlines HR / Company management is helpful Upper management treats you well Work is not to challenging

Cons

lots of meetings but maybe it depends on what team you are part of. Internal tools can be confusing to use at times website portal, filling in hours, and constant emails.

Pros

warm and friendly people, simple and open. BI department is famous for its friendship between colleages and mutual help. Competitive salaries, good working conditions, good benefits.

Cons

Unclear leadership. IT directors are not very contemporary, not innovative and not for the lack of trying. It is just that new technology and new metodolgies are applied blindly without good understanding and knowledge. Most high managers are there not for their abilities but thanks to the protectorate. So mainly managment is overly cautious and do everything to stay in their chairs.
