overall great working conditions, salary and schedule is good. Great place to learn.

Cons

inexistant product strategy, weird management "transparency" meetings where they basically tell you that we are the best and everything is allright while dodging real employees concerns

Teams I worked with are great. The people are friendly and helpful. I worked on 4 different projects. Some are cutting edge, some not so much ;-) Cool new offices and/or work from home

Cons

No annual bonuses. No retirement plans. Very expensive collective insurance. Pay check is average.

• very low level of stress • very little micromanagement • great agile approach • very transparent CEO • people are friendly, good vibes • interesting new projects are popping up hear and there • company is trying very hard to change, trying to innovate

Cons

• terrible RRSP plan, basically a joke • in some cases, it is difficult to overcome issues with obsolete technologies
