- Their training program is robust, thorough, and a great learning opportunity - The Marketing department is full of welcoming individuals who are always eager to help/teach - Every employee has 1-on-1 conversations with executive management, which you don't get in most places. They all offer great insight and are extremely knowledgeable regarding their industry. - A goal-oriented workplace. You are never left in the dark about what is expected of you. Lots of transparency. - So many employees have worked here for a considerable amount of time, which proves the workload/work-life balance is sustainable

The work environment and culture at LGI Homes is truly amazing. No matter where you work, at corporate or out in the field, you see our culture hanging on the wall and each employee does their part to uphold those values. It has been a great experience being welcomed into such an amazing company and seeing first hand how appreciated every employee is.
