      LGI is by far the Best Company I have Ever had the Good Fortune of coming on board with. The process to be able to receive an offer was about a month. The Training is beyond any thing I have ever experienced before. Training is for 100 days total. I am on my 20th day and cannot believe how everyone is focused on the new hires success. I am Lucky enough to be part of the January Class of 2019. They set you up for success and give you all the informatiin and tools to get there. They make a commitment to each and every new hire to share the LGI Success Story and how we are able to add to it. I cannot believe this opportunity and my meeting of 48 other members of the Class of January 2019. The Best most qualified in sales I have ever been associated with. We are now 901 Company Stong. Love the LGI Culture totally... especially the We,Us, Together. They mean it!!! Thankyou To Eric Lipar, His father Tom Lipar with the passion and vision of what a company is and should be. The managers who give their Heart to the continued growth and success of those who are lucky enough to be invited to be a part of the history of LGI.
