      Pros

      Our Culture! - People-Focused is an understatement. If you are a person who wants more money and recognition with nothing but potential to grow with a company, then you do more research and see that joining LGI will be the best decision you’ve ever made! It was for me!!

      Cons

      We are commission only in sales, so there is no room for doubt. Jump in all the way or just stay where you’re at. I have not yet experienced any cons and doubt I’ll find anything noteworthy
