Pros

Theres really nothing positive to say.

Cons

poor management from the bottom all the way to the top. LGI has no grasp of the colorado market. Their homes are massively overpriced, rates not competitive, and the quality of their homes are sub-par and basic. its CEO doesn't even know what a CRM is. LGI till uses a paper-based system! You fill out a lead card in have a box to keep your cards in. LGI will leave you to starve in a community where the homes are overpriced by 50k, then sell a significant portion of the inventory to their Rental partners at wholesale pricing. They may offer the highest % commision, but that means nothing when you can't close on a home. Their in house Lending is a JOKE! as a sales consultant, you can't even speak with your loan officer on a file. They overstaff a community, so you are one of 3-5 sales people fighting for the rare buyer. Stay away.
