Marketing questionable

Pros

Pay can be great but will require total dedication.

Cons

Horrible quality of leads and getting worse by the day. Anyone that types in for rent or low income housing will be calling as marketing has decided to buy those google ad words. Large focus on rentals now and growing.

Pros

People focused, they want their salespeople taken care of. We would get company paid lunch from our restaurant of choice 3 days a week. Managers have patience with training new salespeople and the CEO is actively involved in making sure you’re comfortable and doing well.

Cons

None, I believe LGI is on the right track.
