Pros

Great training in sales office. Great people to work with.

Cons

Sales can't talk with construction and vice versa. Sales can't talk with loan officer. Sales can't talk with anybody but the manager and the manager don't tell you anything. Houses are outdated and way too overpriced. Homes are very basic and that's okay but they got to be priced that way.

Pros

Anywhere other than MN I’m sure is great

Cons

Boys club full of narcissistic sociopaths and full on liars. Will spin everything their sleezy used car salesman tactic way. Will bait and switch almost everything promised and talk poorly about you behind your back.
