Pros

Management is great, and wants to help you to succeed.

Cons

90% of the job is cold calling. Must be the LGI way and LGI process. Retail hours, will work weekends and holidays.

Huge Turn Over

Pros

In a hot market with low inventory great place to work. If you have no new home sales training at all. Then work here for a year for the training then move on.

Cons

Worst hours of any builder. Construction quality is very low. (They lie and tell you its amazing and its built better then any other builder) completely false. They have a 100 day training period and they pay for some training and give you lots of food and take you to the CEOs house and once you feel warm and fuzzy about the company before you go live and start selling they have you put in a glassdoor and indeed review. Thats how this company had such a high rating for so long. Over all if you want to get to work at 8:30am on Sunday sell 40-80k over priced poorly built homes with mediocre incentives this is the builder for you.
