Pros

Everything seems great at first, then reality sets in.

Cons

Caught like a culture. Everyone Hass to pretend that everything is just great. That the leader ship does no wrong and they are the smartest people in the whole entire world. They make it sound like anyone else in the home building industry provide a horrible atmosphere, and they are the only safe haven for anyone who wants to sell homes. This and actuality is the exact opposite. Run, run, run away from these people.
