Pros

In depth training, welcoming environment, supportive leadership, fun and hardworking people, great incentives, free lunch on Thursdays!

Cons

Medical benefits could be better, pay is fair but with the amount of responsibilities office managers have, it should be more.

Toxic Environment

Pros

Only a few real people, most everyone drinks the koolaid and are fake in a cult like environment

Cons

Poor leadership. Once you leave, you are ridiculed. Very unprofessional work environment. Lies, lies and more lies

Pros

I just completed two weeks of intensive training in Texas. This company sticks to its core values and makes sure that it’s employees not only gives customer service but top level customer service.

Cons

If you don’t like to stick to a routine and follow along with a process this is not the company for you.
