Pros

It’s a great place to work for with constant training and positive attitude and goal oriented Lots of leads

Cons

Long hours with mandatory weekends (now we don’t even get a Sunday off) I wish with seasoned veterans we could have one day of the weekend off to have some more work/life balance. Lots of unqualified leads (Facebook especially)
