Pros

Great company if you're in sales.

Cons

Pay is awful for those that aren't in sales For being a "people focused" company, training is not great, opportunities for advancement are nonexistent, and respect for those that aren't in sales is awful.

Pros

Usually work standard hours (40/week); no weekends or major holidays (Christmas, 4th July, etc) Decent benefits Good support network

Cons

Not much room for promotion unless you are willing to move to Houston Accolades/bonuses/recognition are very much aimed at and created for the Sales team. It is increasingly difficult for office managers to attend trips, even though they contribute grossly to the success of the sales team
