Pros

Good place to start your career.

Cons

Claim to be people focused, but if a company has to repeatedly tell you they are people focused, they are trying to convince themselves. If you are in with upper management you are good. If you get on upper managements bad side, find another job. Double standards left and right. Immature leadership in some areas. They tell you they don’t micromanage you but they do constantly. The hype in the first year was good but then people’s true colors come through and you can see they are no different than anywhere else. Definitely better options out there for work.
