Pros

Free lunch on Thursdays and Saturday..

Cons

Deals get red-lined constantly after completing the sales process, car salesman like office environment constantly worrying your "team" won't steal your customer lead, customers are led to believe homes for 999$ monthly so dealing with a ton of non qualified renters, once you do find a quality customer with decent income and credit the real challenge is getting them approved from financing. Draw is every quarter 12k so you have to sell at least 12k in commission before you see any real money if not the draw rolls into the next month now your down 20k etc

Pros

The Culture, Core Values, Positivity, ability to grow, and be recognized for your work.

Cons

Corporate Really has no idea on a local level who their leadership is, and how off base from the Culture it is.

Pros

The homes are not complex designs or finishes. The build schedule is completed for you, there is minimal to zero lapse in material procurement, and their software to pay subcontractors is seamless.

Cons

Responsible for a large number of homes, 75 at a time. Management will not accept a house not being turned over on time, no matter the circumstances. Drives their subcontractors hard with little pay, thus reducing the quality of the subs that agree to work with them. Poor attention to customer satisfaction, multiple customers were left out to dry on their home warranties for 8-9 months due to covid. Due to personnel leaving leaving at other neighborhoods in other portions of the city, I was given ~2 weeks of actual home construction training and left to manage a hefty house load. So I'm unsure if their lack of training is standard practice or just unfortunate circumstances on my end.
