Pros

There are no pros at all outside of ok money

Cons

Cult like environment. You sell the worst houses in trash areas to trash customers. Everyone you work for is an idiot yes man and a scumbag. You spend all of your time working and hearing do you see the value in that. By far the most toxic place I’ve ever worked.

Pros

LGI homes training and culture.

Cons

LMS lacks training that falls from poor leadership. Pay decreased without expectations lessening. Volume does not make up for the loss of pay and loss of time with family. Loan Depot is a sinking ship that LGI should sever from.
