They feed you, make you dream about having lots of money. They pay you a six month draw.

Cons

Sales process is a hoax. Want to work 7 days a week with zero consideration for a work life balance? You will work every Saturday and Sunday for your entire career there. Can’t believe people fall for this trap. The truth will be revealed about the fraudulent activity that happens daily.

Those who put in the hard work are rewarded handsomely! In addition - building a quality product is paramount here at LGI Homes.
