You're empowered with a lot of opportunities, and management is very supportive of creative ideas to achieve company goals. You will be pushed to learn and grown new skills, and have the opportunity to learn a lot about how different teams and functions work together.

Cons

There are periods of high intensity work that will require attention to detail and extra hours.
