      Clinical Resource Team - Very rewarding team that helps to integrate new agencies to the company and train on new softwa

      Pros

      The members of this team were very dedicated to the growth and development of the agencies they were assigned always going above and beyond no matter the personal cost. They not only supported the agencies but each other as well - they were a family. Customer Service was a #1 focus.

      Cons

      This team was de solved - "restructured" - all 4 of the most tenured members of the team were told they " no longer fit". YES LHC made sure they followed proper H R processes to avoid legal issues. All 4 of these folks were leaders in the team with excellent skill set and at least 8 - 10 years seniority. Makes one wonder how much this company values dedicated, long term workers that have gone above and beyond.

      Pros

      In general home health & hospice is satisfying employment for clinicians. It allows for direct patient contact to make a difference with the patient, the caregivers and families. Feels like a hostile take over when LHC walks through the door of a agency that LHC purchases.

      LHC is Interested in purchasing Home Health & Hospice agencies at a fast rate with what ever it takes for profitability. Feels like a hostile take over when LHC walks through the door of a agency that LHC purchases.

      Pros

      PTO, coworkers and patients were great

      Cons

      LHC is profit based, focused primarily on how to do less for patients resulting in increased profit for the company. Keith, the owner, sends daily inspirational quote emails that do not represent the values LHC actually puts in place. Find an employee who actually works with patients, on the front lines, and ask them how they feel about the company. I’m sure the high ratings are from those in a management role or even higher. Patient care and employee satisfaction are not a focus with this company, they do not work or provide for their employees or patients. I would never return to this company and I stayed 7 years…. My team and my patients kept me there so long. I was never satisfied with this company or their business mindset.
