      Pros

      Good experience, Liked the staff. Liked the travelling.

      Cons

      Pay was average, no reimbursement for car expenses (6 new tires in 2 years due to nails and such in patients driveways), many extra oil changes, 1,000 miles a week on my car for work only (thats 52,000 miles a year, just if you're curious). No Employee Assistance Program available, no mental health services available - Chaplains and Social Workers are expected to support one another which is unethical - you can't council people you work with and still maintain a work relationship.

      PTO and work life balance is acceptable. Pay was on the lower end, but it was income.

      Cons

      Culture and management is very toxic. It could be referred to as smoke and mirrors.
