      Honestly, I've never worked for a greater company. The staff is so helpful and they firmly believe in teamwork which, everyone can appreciate.

      Team atmosphere, extensive training, management is receptive to feedback and help their employees succeed.

      High stress, sometimes difficult to locate proper processes for specific duties.

      Great Team Environment, coworkers great

      Cons

      If you love recruiting stay away from this company. Huge turnover, don't care about hiring quality, only quantity. Subjected to daily emails on how many hires each person has and name is marked in red for all to see if you do not make your goal. The use of bullying and intimidating practices to get the work done is not acceptable and creates a very toxic work environment. Unrealistic measurements and goals. . Never heard anyone talk about the care of their patients, only numbers and profit.
