      It has been great working for a company where my Branch Manager and Office Manager appreciate me as a person and my work

      My Branch Manager and Office Manager treat me with respect and appreciate the hard work I do for the company. Senior Management gives daily and weekly emails that are helpful to understand things happening with the company

      Cons

      Starting pay is a little low for someone with as much experience as I have, but the benefits somewhat make up for that

      Pros

      I am paid fairly and have good benefits. My manager is very engaged and works hard to assure the branch is always the best in the area. Upper management is very attentive and work hard to address any issues that arise.

      Cons

      Productivity expectations can be tough to hit when you live in a rural area.
