      Pros

      This company is always looking for opportunities of improvement. They are ethical. They consistantly invest in their employee’s and technology. The company has an amazing culture that supports our mission and purpose.

      Cons

      Even though the company invests in their employees and technology it lacks experience with successful execution and follows through --this has improved over the years and continues to improve with new talent. Communication channels are not always clear. Messaging tends to become distorted as it moves downward and laterally across the organization.

      Pros

      Learning and talking with the pt they become part of .your family.

      Cons

      The schedule for people to be off sometime we fall short handed which makes other nurses have to work double hard to get things done and pt covered. some nurses sees 7-8 pt aday and others may only see 5-6 at all times. THe same parttime nurses are used almost as full time only on a couple of areas where the other ones that had more patient dont have any help.

      Pros

      They are a very fair company and we are treated like family. We are given merit raises for our performance and have the chance to ask for things and it is reviewed by the upper levels and if possible changes are made.

      Cons

      We don't really get to know the people at home office. It was great getting to meet 3 of our fellow workers at our meet and great last month. Makes you feel good to get to talk on a one on one.
