I’ve worked for other staffing firms and agencies and LHH is by far the best. You have to perform to earn your keep, but this is just the industry as a whole. The sky is the limit, there are recruiters earning more than I’ve seen at any other firm. The executive leadership treats you very well and tries to get to know you as a person. Management is firm but fair.

Cons

Benefits are relatively expensive. 401k contributions are not quite as competitive as other companies.
