Pros

Flexible schedule allows me to work when it fits my agenda, and allows me to utilize skills and experience from my previous career. Very rewarding work when assisting my clients as they determine next steps in their career transition.

Cons

At this point, I can't think of cons. It's very independent work completely remote so there's no in-person interaction with co-workers or manager. That works great for me but may not for others.
