Pros

LHH recognizes their employees who go beyond their written job descriptions. I've had three supervisors and all have been amazing. My last two have been exceptional. They have given me the ability and freedom to do my job without micromanaging me.

Cons

Since my team is entirely remote, it would be great to actually meet each other in person. For now, Zoom will have to do.
