Pros

Rewarding to work with clients in need, flexible schedule, hard-working and helpful camaraderie among most coaches.

Cons

Closed ceiling on earnings potential so you'll need another job to compensate your income from LHH. Given a very strict time budget each week to work with our assigned clients - - this metric negatively drives how we help clients (essentially, clients get more superficial support in order to keep withing the time constraints). Administrative and scheduling work is done on your own time - can't bill it since allocated hours are not enough to service candidates well. No incentives for good work completed. Negative performance rating on candidates' neutral ratings which may have nothing to do with your performance as a coach - yet you still take the hit on negative performance rating. Mandatory weeks of ZERO client hours allocated to you; sometimes these announcements come just days before they are enacted. It's not right for clients or consultants. Nickel-and-dime culture and mentality. Very slim financial margins.
