      Pros

      As a Career Transition Coach, I enjoyed the schedule flexibility - was essentially able to make my own hours which worked well in terms of personal obligations.

      Cons

      In my time at LHH, the focus shifted dramatically from being all about the candidates we were working with to trying to spend as little time as possible with them - was all about the bottom line.
