Even though it sounds like you didn’t have the best experience with us, it is good for us to hear views from every point of view so we can work on things and improve. In terms of how we work together as a team, we look at this closely through our regular employee engagement process. Our scores in this area this year are good and rising, and we also recognise we have more work we can do here. For example, we have recently combined our sales and project management teams to provide a united client care service from start to finish, and to build strong collaboration and mutual support between our colleagues. On the end-of-Friday happy hours, most feedback we've had is that people really enjoy them as a way to unwind at the end of the week and get together informally with colleagues. We offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to accommodate varied tastes. People can always suggest new approaches in our confidential monthly employee surveys. For example, we recently added vegan milk-substitutes for tea and coffee due to an employee's suggestion.
