there are multiple people at the company who work in other divisions and will do anything to try to take a part of your commission. Its really a pyramid scheme with executives at top levels not contributing, not selling, not really doing anything except traveling globally for "retreats and training" at the underlings expense. The sales people and recruiters work hard and fund exec lifestyles basically. Too heavy at the top.
