commission structure is terrible, corporate meetings are not focused on the field, training is minimal, tenured team does not help new colleagues seem to wait for them to fail, base salary is very low

We only had to go into the office twice a week

Where do you even start. Heavy on the micro managing. The KPIs are insanely unachievable. Recruiters rely on interviewing C & D candidates (who they know they’re never going to place but are just a KPI ) just to get their KPI numbers in a good standing by the end of the week. Upper management is so out of touch with today’s market you will make little to no money with the new commission structure. Plus, there’s absolutely no work life balance.
