I'm sure there are plenty of competent temp agencies out there. This isn't one of them.
Cons
The last assignment I had through this agency was having financial difficulties (phones were cut off, evicted from the office, inconsistent payroll, etc.), so I reached out to my third contact Charles Hayden. The other two women I had been working with prior had both quit within weeks of each other. I asked to be moved to another assignment as the current one seemed to be in a death spiral. I went from being told to just hold on a little longer & he would find something to being ignored outright. Sure enough, the business folded (I inexplicably received a copy of the bankruptcy paperwork) & I filed for unemployment. LHH tried to block my unemployment by telling the agency that I had stolen my own identity & was trying to file a fraudulent claim. Fortunately, that bankruptcy paperwork came in handy. Nice try, schmucks.
