If you’re someone who works hard and smart, you will get recognized & appreciated here. LHP is great about appreciating dedication and rewarding it by promoting from within. Sr. Mgmt. are some of the hardest working individuals and are open to feedback. I have enjoyed working at LHP. One of the best employers I have worked for.

Cons

Honestly, none that I can think of right now. Perhaps there could be more transparency at times.

Overall the company is full of people that want to help see all employees succeed and support them along the way. Some company highlights include: growth opportunities, great PTO and 401k benefits, "VTO" employees can use "Volunteer Time Off" to serve non-profits, leadership is engaged with the community, and service orientated.
