Pros

Its exciting to work for a company that is growing so fast and really cares about doing amazing work for clients. It doesn't have that cynical vibe that you get with Big4 consulting firms.

Cons

Its consulting: there's a lot of hard work and occasionally stressful deadlines. Covid makes interacting with our colleagues hard.

-fun team that works really hard - as a new(ish) company plenty of opportunity to be creative and come up with ideas - as a small company it is easier to book meetings as a lot of prospects have heard of us - different and unique spin to real estate work, allows us to compete on a variety of projects - never a dull day. Every project is interesting and a learning opportunity

- tenant rep work can be a longer sales cycle
