Pros

LIDD has a very good culture with young and ambitious employees. LIDD also cares about its people and wants everyone to succeed but also to have a great life/work balance. Depending on which projects you work on, you might also get to travel in US and Canada.

Cons

Sometimes, you might have a few days/weeks of downtime because there are no new projects.
